Work Responsibilities

• Architectural design and basic drawing preparation for cost estimation .
• To prepare and produce drawing for construction permission drawing .
• To prepare and produce for construction drawing .

Qualifications

• Thai nationality , Age not over 30
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• New graduated are welcome
• Able to use Auto CAD, Sketch Up or Revit
• Holding Architectural License is an advantage

Work Responsibilities

• Coordinate with, and give consultation to staff on the implementation of the company's IMS (ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001)
• Conduct the ISO site visits and internal audits for all related projects to monitor and follow up the IMS implementation
• Provide the training relating to ISO and the company's IMS to all staff.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality , Age not over 40
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Env/Safety Engineering, Environmental Science or any related fields
• At least 3 years of direct experience in ISO works
• Hold certificates of ISO Lead Auditor course
• Good computer skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office

Work Responsibilities ​​​​​

• Design work of Electrical Installation building - Substation, Power Supply, Fire Alarm, Communication System etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Hold Electrical Engineer License
• Min. 2-3 years experiences in designing work
• Able to use Auto CAD and Revit

Work Responsibilities

• Company's asset control
• Manage all schedules and processes of Visa, Work permit application, and 90 days notification
• Handle all problems which are related to any Visa and work permit issues
• Other general affair duties

Qualifications

• Thai nationality , Age not over 35
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years experiences
• Experienced with Mango ERP program is preferable
• Strong organizational, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Service-minded and detail-oriented
• Good computer skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office

Work Responsibilities

• ถอดแบบคิดปริมาณวัสดุเพื่องานจัดซื้อ,ตรวจสอบราคาวัสดุ และประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง
• ประมาณราคาส่วนก่อสร้างที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง(งานเพิ่ม-ลด)
• ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานเพื่อจัดทำเอกสารการเบิกจ่ายงวดงานให้กับผู้รับเหมา
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อให้การประมาณราคาโครงการสำเร็จลุล่วง
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

• อายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมโยธา
• มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (กว.)
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ในงานประมาณราคาการก่อสร้าง
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Excel ได้ดี

• Holding associate engineer license
• At least 0-2 year of experiences in structural designing work
• Computer literate in Auto CAD,Revit,STAAD,Midas,ETABS
