Project Scheduler
Work Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
- Define work breakdown structure (WBS), activities, and milestones in alignment with project plans
- Update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress and planned activities
- Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions when delays occur
- Prepare and distribute progress reports, charts, and scheduling updates to project teams and management
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align their timelines with the master schedule
- Participate in project meetings and present scheduling updates
- Ensure compliance with company’s project management standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1-5 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry (experience with building, civil, or infrastructure projects is an advantage)
- Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Power BI, Revit is required)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequences, and resource planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai; able to interact with multinational teams
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Civil Engineer (CSA Engineer - for construction site)
Work Responsibilities
- Site work control Subcontractor to work follow Shop Drawing and TKC Standard
- Site work control Subcontractor to work follow schedule
- Make Job Schedule (addition and remaining works), Study Shop Drawing for explain to Subcontractor and discuss with CAD
Qualifications & Requirements
- Thai nationality, Age not over 30
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Holding Associate Engineer License will be advantage
- If hold Professional License will special consideration
- At least 3-5 years of experiences in construction work
- Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Power BI, CAD/Revit is required)
Deputy General Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & GM Support
- Support the General Manager in overseeing overall operations and aligning with TKC’s culture, management style, and organizational direction.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and the development of new management systems consistent with continuous improvement.
2. Project Delivery & Technical Oversight
- Oversee execution of all building and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Establish and institutionalize project planning, procurement (if within scope of responsibility), and quality assurance systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ISO certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001), safety protocols, and internal technical controls.
- Provide technical expertise, resolve site issues, and ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
3. Project Management Expertise
- Demonstrate deep understanding of construction lifecycles — from concept design to final commissioning.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
- Exercise strong command of cost control, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
- Monitor site progress, subcontractor performance, and materials management to ensure project excellence.
4. Commercial Oversight & Business Development
- Build and manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning.
- Maintain strong connections with consultants, subcontractors, and government agencies.
5. Manpower Planning & Team Development
- Analyze, plan, and allocate manpower for operations at each project site.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve high performance and operational effectiveness.
6. Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Develop and implement new management systems aligned with TKC’s processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Drive operational effectiveness through ongoing process improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Thai nationality, age 50+
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical (Power), or Mechanical Engineering
- Valid Engineering License
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction management, with proven leadership in senior roles
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; other IT skills are a plus)
- Willingness to travel
