Work Responsibilities ​​​​​

• Responsible for performance of all sales activities
• Assist Head of Marketing Department to maintain effective relationships with customers  
• Maintain excellent communications externally and internally
• Coordinate liaison between the Building section, Design section and Project Management
• Occasional travel to meet with customers
• Perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality, Age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• 3+years of sales experience
• Experience in construction industry is preferable
• Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent command of English

Work Responsibilities ​​​​​

• Design electrical systems to comply with project requirement and meet the quality standards

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, Age not over 30
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Holding Associate Engineer License will be advantage
• At least 1-3 year of experiences in designing work Ex. Substation, Power Supply, Fire Alarm, Communication System
• Computer literate in Auto CAD, Revit will be advantage

Work Responsibilities ​

• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
• Define work breakdown structure (WBS), activities, and milestones in alignment with project plans
• Update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress and planned activities
• Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions when delays occur
• Prepare and distribute progress reports, charts, and scheduling updates to project teams and management
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align their timelines with the master schedule
• Participate in project meetings and present scheduling updates
• Ensure compliance with company’s project management standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1-5 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry (experience with building, civil, or infrastructure projects is an advantage)
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Power BI, Revit is required)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequences, and resource planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai; able to interact with multinational teams
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Work Responsibilities ​

• Responsible for all HRM & HRD functions such as benefits and welfare, recruitment, training and employee relation

• Prepare and consolidate employee data such as leaves, O.T., time attendance with timely manner

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Thai Nationality , age 22 - 25
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or other related fields
• 0 - 1 year of working experience in HR or any related field
• Basic command in English both written and spoken
• Computer literacy, well verse in MS Office such as Excel, Words, Power Point

Qualifications & Requirements

• Thai nationality, Age not over 30
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Holding Associate Engineer License will be advantage
• At least 0-2 year of experiences in structural designing work
• Computer literate in Auto CAD, Revit, STAAD, Midas, ETABS will be advantage
