Update Reporting Policy on Misconduct & Violations

Thai Kajima, as a subsidiary of Kajima Corporation, is reinforcing its commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability by updating its reporting policy. In addition to the existing KAP Whistleblowing System, a new Global Hotline whistleblowing system is now available for employees and external parties. Employees must report any illegal, unethical, dishonest, or fraudulent activities through these channels. Whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected by confidentiality and non-retaliation measures, although disclosure may occur if necessary for investigations or legal compliance. False reports or personal misconduct are not protected and may lead to disciplinary action. All reports will be investigated promptly, and confirmed violations will result in corrective measures, including possible termination.
